Green travel solution
As a world-class tourist city, Macau is visited by more than 30 million tourists annually and has numerous large resort hotels offering more than 40,000 hotel rooms. According to relevant legal requirements, hotels generally must carry out various administrative procedures when tourists check-in on site. However, these procedures result in poor passenger experience and cause unnecessary waste of hotel resources. Moreover, since some large resort hotels in Macau offer thousands of rooms, the waiting time for each check-in often takes at least half an hour or more.
To provide a comprehensive solution to the aforementioned situation, Gold Berry participates in a joint venture this 2024 to develop a environment-friendly, remote online hotel check-in system. The Travel Green Bridge (TGB) system applies remote ID verification technology to provide a seamless green and easy hotel check-in service for travelers. Once the travelers’ hotel reservation is completed, they can log in to our Travel Green Bridge (TGB) mini program on their mobile phones at any time to start the advance hotel check-in procedure. When they arrive at the designated hotel, they can directly go to our exclusive Travel Green Bridge(TGB) kiosks to obtain their hotel room keycards by performing a simple identity authentication check with their mobile devices. Once authenticated, the kiosk will instantly dispense the room keycards allowing a safe and secure checkin experience. Through the Travel Green Bridge (TGB) system, travelers can truly realize low-carbon, paperless, safe, secure and seamless green travel. Hotels thereby can enhance the experience of their patrons, reduce check-in time while reducing corporate resources and costs, and further enrich corporate ESG elements.
